A little on my background and expertise:
Formalities first, I'm Diana Aguilera MS, RDN and I am registered dietitian-nutritionist (RDN) who specializes in medical nutrition therapy, nutrition counseling, and nutrition education. I currently work as an eating disorder dietitian at the residential/inpatient level of care.
I am currently credentialed as a registered dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Initially credentialed in October 2021.
Education
I completed my undergraduate degree at Arizona State University in 2018 Obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. Then, life took me to Seattle, Washington where I earned a master of science degree in nutritional sciences and completed my dietetic internship at the University of Washington in 2021.

-Nutrition counseling for eating disorders
-Public Health Nutrition
-Outpatient nutrition counseling for chronic health conditions
My true passion and calling lies in helping those who struggle with disordered eating patterns and eating disorders. I love helping individuals heal their relationship with food and their bodies as they unlearn all that diet culture has taught them.
Beyond my profession....
I'm passionate about making time to spend outdoors. Outside of my work, I also love exploring beautiful places. There's just something so healing and refreshing for the soul in every mountain, waterfall, or desert landscape.
